Step 1) Get Crystal Clear on Your Goals
Take a moment and decide ... what are your goals for your Investments and Net Worth for the next year.

- How many deals do you want to do and what dollar amount?
- How much do you want to add to your net worth?
Once you have the answers and you are absolutely clear on what you are looking for move on to step two.
Step 2) Constructing Your Network
Shout it out. Tell your goals to EVERYONE you know. Especially people who have a business reason to help you.
The more people who know your goals, the more people who can help you reach them. You know, people really do love to help and I will go so far as to guarantee you this...
If you aren't seeing enough profitable deals flowing to you right now it is only because not enough people know your goals and what you are looking for.
The Size Of Your Network Is The Key. So Let's Power it Up
Make an actual plan to build your network with the kind of contacts you know will get you to your goals.
Go through your contact list and pick
- half a dozen Agents and Brokers
- A Title Company or three
- Your favorite home warranties Lawyers
- home warranties Brokers
- Book keepers and a CPAs
- A couple of Appraisers
- home warranty Managers
- Bankers
- 1031 Exchange Agents and more
Write down anyone and everyone who would benefit by helping you reach your home warranties Goals and then call each one up and tell them exactly what you are up to. Let them know your goals, straight up.
Leave them your business card and make sure you keep in contact every several months to stay in touch.

You will soon be able to sit back like a Big Fish and just watch the deals come across your desk grabbing only the meaty ones to take on.
